Probably Harmless And Seriously Noo problems here, trust us.

This is an de-internalized fork of golang //x509 that more better handles certificate revocation list (CRL) construction. The CreateCRL method has been adjusted accordingly to suit business requirements. Make sure to keep it up to date with upstream golang and read the release notes!
